Perfect Fall Day | Atlanta Family Photographer

These good friends of mine had a beautiful fall day for their family photo session. The trees were full of color and the temperature was perfect. (oh... and Auburn won the game :-) War Eagle! We strolled through the woods and along the way got some fabulous family photos. I adore this family and was honored to photograph them this fall. Family Photos | Atlanta Family Photographer

Like so many of us (including me), the "P" family has a lot of photos of the children but not as many photos of the entire family together. SO... our mission was some family shots with everyone together. The kids, on the other hand, had something else in mind :-). Our location was a fun place to explore, pick up sticks, and play with leaves. We all worked hard to keep everyone "on task" with the mission of some family photos and I think we got some cute shots out of it. Fourth time is a charm | Atlanta Family Photographer

Well, this poor family got rained out and then rained out again and then rained out AGAIN. We finally got a perfect day on our 4th try! Thank you so much for your flexibility and patience "M" family!! I love how these turned out but when you are as cute as this little sweetie... how can you ever get a bad shot?? Oh how I love to photograph this sweet little boy! I have had the honor and pleasure of photographing him as a newborn. It has been such a joy to see him grow and change every few months. His smile just melts my heart! And check out these FABULOUS curls...

5 weeks old | Atlanta Newborn Photographer

Well, she proved me wrong. I normally tell parents that after about 6-7 days old newborn babies sleep less, curl less and sometimes start to develop newborn acne (which is true most of the time). This little sweetie pie was out to prove me wrong. She is 5 weeks old now and slept and curled like a champ! She is beautiful. When I think about her and look back over the photos, the words that come to mind are peaceful, graceful, and lovely. She was a fabulous 5 week old and so was the loving family that welcomed her into their lives. It has been a little while since my last newborn session and oh... how I missed it. Thank you "C" family for allowing me into your home to photograph these precious moments. Here are a few sneak peeks...

Go Auburn Go! This was a fun session for me for many reasons. First, these cutie pies are so great to work with!
