Oh how I love to photograph this sweet little boy! I have had the honor and pleasure of photographing him as a newborn. It has been such a joy to see him grow and change every few months. His smile just melts my heart! And check out these FABULOUS curls...

A special thanks to grandma and grandpa for bringing him to our photo session! It was a fun morning and I am already looking forward to next time :-)

5 weeks old | Atlanta Newborn Photographer

Well, she proved me wrong. I normally tell parents that after about 6-7 days old newborn babies sleep less, curl less and sometimes start to develop newborn acne (which is true most of the time). This little sweetie pie was out to prove me wrong. She is 5 weeks old now and slept and curled like a champ! She is beautiful. When I think about her and look back over the photos, the words that come to mind are peaceful, graceful, and lovely. She was a fabulous 5 week old and so was the loving family that welcomed her into their lives. It has been a little while since my last newborn session and oh... how I missed it. Thank you "C" family for allowing me into your home to photograph these precious moments. Here are a few sneak peeks...

Go Auburn Go! This was a fun session for me for many reasons. First, these cutie pies are so great to work with! Second, these are the children of my good friends from college (who I miss and enjoyed catching up with) and third, how fun are the Auburn shirts!? Waaaaar Eagle! The Field | Atlanta Child Photographer

Yipee! A Field! Do you know how hard it is to find a nice pretty field in the middle of metro Atlanta? Well, I have been searching for a while and this Mom found the perfect spot (and only minutes away from my house). I love working with this family! I get so excited about each of our sessions because Mom is never afraid to try something new. I am thrilled with how these turned out but unfortunately, right as we were taking our last shots... the security guard in the office building beside this beautiful field kicked us out. So the search for another field continues. Here are a few sneak peeks of the fun we had last week (BTW, these would be great in a photo book).

Q: What could be more fun than chasing bubbles in a field???

A: How about chasing bubbles in a field with orange soda and your adorable little cousin!!

Someone put this child in a Mini Boden catalog! Quick! Seriously. Isn't she the cutest! Like mother, like daughter. Mom is just as fabulous. She is beautiful, smart, loving, and kind. I can't say enough nice things about these two. I enjoy being around them and am very thankful to know them. Now lets talk about their photos... once again, I had an extremely hard time narrowing things down. I will definitely be coming back to blog more from their session after the holiday photo season. The sun is out? | Atlanta Family Photographer

What? The sun is out? Wait a minute... something is different here. I have been photographing this sweet family since these 2 cutie pies were tee tiny and on every session that we have had it has rained. We have had to postpone sessions just about every time. So, when we got this sunny beautiful day we were confused :-) (but very happy). I love this family and am thrilled that they are expecting a new little addition soon. I will be doing their newborn session and I am over the moon! Here are a few sneak peeks from our beautiful day together. Thank you B family for a great session.

By the way... I am unfortunately having to cut down on the number of sneak peeks photos for a bit during this crazy busy holiday season in order to get galleries out to clients quicker. I will come back and share more once things settle down a little.

Look who is walking | Atlanta Family Photographer

This little sweetie pie just started taking her first steps a day or so before our session. I was so excited to be able to capture this new found independence in photos. She is beautiful. I love her blond hair and big blue eyes. She is definitely in the "wiggle worm" stage so she kept us all on the move. I really enjoyed my time with this cute family. Mom is the super talented designer from hey baby studio. I am LOVIN our new hey baby dresses and skirts by the way!
