I keep telling myself... | Atlanta Family Photographer

... that I shouldn't post so many sneak peeks, but as hard as I try it keeps happening. It is so hard for me to narrow photos down and limit sneak peeks. In an effort to stay on track with editing galleries during this very busy holiday season, I am going to *try* to not post quite as many peeks and save more for the galleries. Here we go!

You may remember this beautiful family from last year. Mom and Dad are so great with these four kiddos! I am in amazement just being around them. All of their children are so sweet and loving and you can see immediately how they look after each other. We had a great morning and I felt like I could have stayed all day and just photographed all of the sweet family interactions. Thanks for a great afternoon Mom and Dad!

I know that you have been stalking the blog and patiently waiting for you sneak peeks ;) and I finally have them ready for you! Thank you so much for your patience! The holiday/fall photo season is in full swing now and things around here have been crazy. Fun, but crazy. There are lots of previews from sessions coming soon so stay tuned. When I left this session I started thinking "how can I convince this family to hang out with us more?" We go to the same church and our kids have been in the same Sunday school class for a few years now. I adore them and have so much fun just being around them. Our session was full of giggles and fun. In my opinion, it is the photographer's job to draw out the personality of a child and capture that personality in the image. Usually this can take some work or time... but in this case her personality just SHINES immediately all on it's own. I love this little girl and her adorable brother. This family has been good friends of ours for several years now and it was such a pleasure to be able to capture the fun spirit and bright light inside this little lady and her sweet family. Time flies! It seems like just yesterday that I was doing 2009 holiday photos for these cute kids. We have recently moved and this lovely family was one of our favorite friends and neighbors in the "old hood". It was such a treat to get to photograph them for their 2010 holiday card. These precious little ones were just angels during their session. It sometimes just cracks me up at what it takes to bring out a smile in a child. In this case, all it took was the 2 little words from mom "no stinkers"... and that did the trick. I lOVE IT! I had the best time with these cuties. Enjoy some sneak peeks from our session.
